• Damage to unmarked underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or landscaping features hidden beneath snow
• Pre-existing property conditions aggravated by weather events
• Delays or inability to perform services due to extreme weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Incidental or consequential damages arising from our services

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Cancellation Policy

For one-time services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For seasonal contracts, cancellation terms are specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if payment terms are not met or if unsafe conditions exist on the property.
